Who we are

Oasis Roads organises private tours in Morocco. You can contact us by email at hello@oasisroads.com or on WhatsApp at +212 660 716170.

What we collect

This website does not ask you to create an account and does not keep a database of enquiries. When you send our enquiry form, the details you type are emailed to us at hello@oasisroads.com. If you choose to send it by WhatsApp instead, the message opens in WhatsApp on your own device and reaches us only if you send it.

When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you share with us: usually your name, phone number or email address, travel dates, the number of travellers, and any wishes or needs you tell us about.

Our website host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited) for security and to keep the site working.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare your quote, book your tour and stay in touch with you about your trip. We share the names and dates needed for your booking with the riads, hotels, camps and guides who host you, and with no one else.

We never sell your details, and we do not send newsletters unless you ask for them.

Cookies and visitor statistics

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit this website and which pages are useful to them. Google Analytics only sets its cookies if you click "Allow" on the cookie banner. If you click "No thanks", no analytics cookies are stored on your device.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we never use the statistics to identify you personally. To change your choice, clear this website's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and booking details for as long as we need them to organise your trip and for our records afterwards. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Just send us a message on WhatsApp.
